- Asset is a vinyl composition tile with 150 PSI. When installed using SpraySmart adhesive, you get double warranty protection - a 5-year manufacturing warranty and a 5-year limited moisture/PH warranty. Asset is FloorScore certified and can help you earn LEED points.
  
  Azrock is serious about replacing virgin raw material with recycled content. We currently have at least twenty percent recycled content - 10% post-consumer recycled content and 10% pre-consumer recycled content - in our Asset Standard VCT products.
